To google oneself

Have you ever tried googling yourself?

It's quite interesting to see which impressions you've left on the web. Not much in my case, which I guess isn't necessarily a bad thing in these big brother times. I got to think about it after reading an article that stated that most employers googled potential employees, so I got curious as to see what an employer might learn about me...

There was two hits on me, really me and not someone with the same name. The first was my old homepage, last updated i 2002. I'm amazed it still exists, I've long since swithed ISP, but there it was, an imprint of me in 2002. In those days blogging was very much an underground phenomenon (though it started in 97 according to Wiki), but in Denmark everyone needed a homepage, not sure why though, as they seemed mostly to contain pictures of pets and bad poetry (like mine). Now blogging is the rave, guess I'm just a trendfollower. In any case, my old homepage contain some of the beforementioned poetry and prose (also bad), and some pictures from travels and stuff. Take a look just for laughs

The other hit was a poetry (yup poetry again) hosting site, called digte.dk. I've put up a few poems there, as well as a brilliant picture from new years eve 2000 (which they've deleted, bastards!). Actually there's a few nice things people have said about my poems, guess I'm my own hardest critic. Anyway if you wanna read them (and I'm pretty sure they're the same as the ones on the homepage) you have to search for me "xxx", as I don't have a direct link.

Try googling yourself, and feel free to comment on what you find.
