Snow and weed

Well Copenhagen resembles Siberia these days, and I'm bored out of my mind lying sick in bed.

I finished a great German TV series called Heimat - more about that in another post - finished Deadwood, and actually ran out of shows! Kinda bad timing when it's actually legit to watch series all day cause your sick. So I saw some Weeds episodes again. Damn that show is funny! It really does stand out among the lot, it's just so hilarious, and refreshingly political incorrect (and left-wing).
What's almost more funny is this moron who left a post on the IMDB forum under Weeds, with the headline "I'm sick of the pro-drug use message. It has to stop.", try to read this:

This show has gotten out of hand. I was fine with them showing the marijuana use, 'cause of all the mind-altering drugs out there it's the least toxic and it's impossible to overdose on it... but then they started with the alcohol and tobacco use and proceeded on to glorify caffeine dealers as well-- it's in the darn title sequence for chrissakes! That totally put it far over the top.

Clearly, everyone knows that the number one gateway drug that's responsible for the most accidents and teen ER admissions is alcohol. Why does this show keep endorsing such a deadly drug? After all, once you start drinking alcohol, it's only a matter of time before you're smoking meth and shooting up heroin. The statistics prove it: every junkie I've heard of tells the same story... first it was cigarettes, then it was alcohol, and then eventually, sure enough, black tar heroin.

Seriously, we need to stop drug use at its source, and the "Weeds" writers need to quit glorifying the use of such a hard and deadly drug as alcohol.

Caffeine dealers?? Lols.

Actually I've been meaning to write about people who post at message boards, IMDB just being one of them. It seems just about all of these people are dimwitted retards, really I guess it shouldn't be so surprising since it is a well known fact that the masses are asses (just take Denmark for example: voting a leprechaun for prime minister in office twice, or USA: a brain dead warmonger twice (well once, since Gore won the first), or look at a music chart, actually just turn on the TV - it's a well documented fact). Still the sheer stupidity of these people just surprises, overwhelms and nauseates me every time. Don't know why I keep reading them, perhaps some masochistic tendency or maybe I like getting my attitudes towards the masses confirmed again and again.
